Member Management
- Maintain member information, status history, relationships, transfer history

- View their committees, save committee notes and send committee emails
- Create a mail merge file for name tags, letters and labels

- Link from the "Member's Only" section of your website directly to Companio
- Use the Companio login and password for easy security control
- Members can view the calendar, member roster and their own information
- Display the public calendar to guests in your website
Events
- Maintain event information, reservations and work shifts
- View events in calendar format
- Send SOS emails for assistance with events and send event reminders
Placement
- Maintain organization structure and positions in tree format
- Make placement assignments and view open slots
- Maintain membership requirements
Finance
- Track campaigns and pledges
- Track donations and requests for donations
- Track bills and payments
Reports
- Create and customize the following pre-defined reports:
- Campaign Report (Campaign summary with Pledge details)
- Constituent Report (Information for a Member or Associate)
- Event Report (Event Summary with reservations and/or work shifts)
- Finance Report (Requests, Donations, Bills and Payments)
- Member Roster (Membership summary and details)
- Placement Report (Positions, Placements and Preferences)
Associates
Maintain information about individuals and organizations involved with the League such as donors, employers and partner-organizations.
Administration
- Set up security to control access to the functions in Companio
- Customize lists such as Status Type, Job Type, Event Type and Member Sub-Groups
